Shipping Policy

Global Buy currently ships to supported addresses in Canada and the United States. Some products are available only within the United States; product availability automatically updates when the customer selects their country or region.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all available products.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 5–18 business days, depending on the product, destination, carrier, and warehouse location.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, and incorrect addresses may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when available. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear after shipment.

Multiple Packages

Products may ship from different fulfillment locations. Orders containing multiple items can arrive in separate packages at different times.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately at globalbuy2026@gmail.com if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact globalbuy2026@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and provide the available resolution.
